What material are your liners made from?

Our liners are made from the highest quality felt 

 

How thick are your liners?

Our liners are 2mm thick 

 

What is your processing time?

All of our are liners are in stock and will be shipped within 48 hours of payment

 

How long does shipping take?

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class which takes between 2-4 business days.  If you choose to upgrade to 1st Class or Special Delivery, it will take 1-2 business days

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do.  International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £12

 

Are your liners strong enough to provide structure to my old bag?

Our liners although extremely thin, are incredibly strong.  They are stitched in a way that makes them strong enough to provide structure to even the floppiest of bags

 

How many pockets do they have?

Each of our liners/organisers have 4 interior pockets plus a pen pocket, we now have the added option to add a bottle holder and iPad/laptop pocket

  

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer

 

 

My bag is not available in your product listing; can I still order?

Yes. If you don’t see your bag listed on our page, please send us an email with the measurements of your bag.  Although we may not make a liner specifically for your bag we may have one that will fit it perfectly

 

How do I measure my bag?

Please measure the length and depth of the base and the height of your bag

How much do your liners cost?

They are between £25-£31 depending on size

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We will refund or exchange the product providing that it has not been used and is returned to us in an acceptable condition
