What is a WOC Saver?
A WOC Saver is a structured organiser designed for small bags and wallets-on-chain (WOCs). Made from vegan leather and soft suede, it helps maximise space, maintain structure, and keep essentials neatly stored.
What material are your liners made from?
Our liners are made from the highest quality felt, ensuring durability while remaining lightweight.
How thick are your liners?
Our liners are 2mm thick, providing structure without adding bulk.
Are your liners strong enough to provide structure to my old bag?
Yes! While our liners are thin, they are incredibly strong. They are stitched in a way that makes them sturdy enough to support even the floppiest of bags.
How many pockets do they have?
Each of our liners/organisers has:
✔ 4 interior pockets
✔ 1 pen pocket
✔ Bigger liners have a bottle holder and iPad/laptop pocket for extra functionality
My bag is not available in your product listing; can I still order?
Yes! If you don’t see your bag listed on our page, please send us an email with the measurements of your bag. While we may not have a liner specifically for your bag, we may have one that fits perfectly.
How do I measure my bag?
To find the perfect fit, please measure:

What is your processing time?
All of our products will be crafted and shipped within 48 hours of payment.
How long does shipping take?
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 takes, this takes 2-4 business days. If you choose to upgrade to Tracked 24 or Special Delivery, your order will arrive within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We will refund or exchange the product as long as it has not been used and is returned in an acceptable condition.
My liner doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it?
Yes! If your liner doesn’t fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange. You’ll only need to cover return shipping costs.

How do I clean my handbag liner or organiser?
Liners: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent or machine wash on cool. Do not tumble dry
WOC Savers: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to maintain the material’s integrity.
Will the Liner or WOC Saver damage or stain my bag interior?
No! Our products made from non-transfer materials, ensuring they protect your bag without staining or leaving residue.
